| The Curie High School Graduating Class of 1978 30th Year Reunion When: Saturday, Nov 29, 2008 Where: Mayfield Banquet Facility 6072 South Archer Avenue Chicago, Illinois Time: 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. This date was intentionally chosen to coincide with the Thanksgiving holiday so that all of you Chicago natives will have another reason to return home. We ask that you fill out the enclosed information forms and mail them, along with a money order or certified check for $65.00 per person to the address listed below. This fee will guarantee you a place to enjoy excellent food and drinks, ambience and a chance to get reacquainted while reminiscing. We will have a professional 8x10 group photograph taken at 9:00 pm. You can prepay the $30.00 cost for your photo when you return the response form or pay at the reunion, in cash. Your photo will be printed and ready to take home shortly after the reunion! For your convenience a list of Midway Airport hotels is included in this packet of information. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate everyone in our class, so if you know how to reach any of our classmates, please share this information with us. Even if you can not attend, please send us a short note with your information form so we can keep track of you. You might decide to attend the next class reunion!
